Tub-to-Shower Conversion
There are many reasons a client will choose to convert a tub to a shower concept. From updating the space aesthetically to needing the function of a step in shower, Tub-to-Shower conversions provide functionality and versatility, especially to the elderly, disabled and those not able to step into a standard tub.
Once JC Marble & Tile is finished with your tub to shower conversion you will be left with a clean workspace and beautiful final product. A shower that is beautiful as well as functional. No more climbing into an old-fashioned tub!
The Conversion job shown in the photos to the left was completed start to finish in 10 days. We installed a new vanity, new shower pan, engineered wood flooring, as well as a matching vanity backsplash. In every conversion we use Kerdi Waterproof Membrane to ensure a watertight seal is achieved. This also prevents grout cracking, mold and mildew. Once the tiling was installed we added the frameless shower doors for a seamless look and finished he job with a new baseboard.

We worked together with the client in order to come up with a design that surpassed their expectations. And ultimately delivered the results that they desired. We worked closely with the client to understand their preferences, and the successful outcome speaks for itself. FirePlace was Framed, Cement Board, Anti-Fracture Membraned (Prevents Grout Cracks), Installed, and Sealed.
